What Optimize collects & how

Everything Analyze sees, plus deep agent-based usage. It collects:

  • Everything in Sam360 Analyze – AD, endpoint inventory, platform & Azure cloud data, and security posture.
  • Agent-based software & web usage across Windows and Apple/macOS – user, device, application, execution-context and focus-time.
  • Device activity & performance data – uptime, utilisation, CPU/memory load and battery health.
  • Third-party / SaaS sign-in activity from Microsoft Entra ID, where enabled.

A low-footprint Windows agent and an Apple/macOS agent run silently, sending data outbound over HTTPS only – deployed by MSI, Group Policy, SCCM or the Management Point. Entra ID SSO usage needs no agent.
